Dr. Chris Bader (he/him) is the Associate Athletic Director for Mental Health & Performance as well as the Athletics Diversity & Inclusion Designee at the University of Arkansas and the National Team Sport Psychologist for USA Boxing, Inc.  He is Licensed in Arkansas, Colorado, and is a Psypact registered provider. Chris is married to LaTisha Bader and, together they have one daughter.

Dr. Jamey Houle is the Lead Sport Psychologist for Ohio State University Athletics at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Jameson Crane Sports Medicine Institute. He holds a clinical assistant professor position in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health. Jamey was an All-American gymnast at OSU, and part of the 2001 NCAA Championship team and won back to back Big Ten championships with his team. He has an amazing wife and two beautiful children.

Dr. Kelsey Dawson is the Assistant Director for Purdue Counseling & Sport Psychology Services. She is also the owner of Dawson Counseling & Performance and is a registered PsyPact provider. Kelsey is also trained in EMDR and has a specialty in working with eating disorders in athletes. She has an amazing family and in her free time she enjoys baking.

Dr. Tess Palmateer (she/her) is the Mental Health Coordinator for the New York Mets. She is a licensed psychologist and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant. Tess is a retired college indoor volleyball player turned recreational beach volleyball player and golfer.

Dr. Michelle Joshua is the owner of Work It Out, a sport and performance private practice and is listed in the US Olympic Committee’s Sport Psychology Registry as well as a registered PsyPact provider. Michelle is a former Division I athlete, captain, and scholar-athlete. She is happily partnered and you can find her on her paddleboard.

Dr. Josie Nicholson (she/her) is the Assistant Athletic Director for Sport Psychology for Ole Miss Athletics and the owner of Arc Counseling and Sport Performance. She is on the USOC Mental Health provider registry, is licensed in Mississippi and Colorado, and is a sport psychology performance consultant for USA Shooting. Josie has trained in hypnosis, EMDR, and Improv comedy. She and her husband Steven have two sons, Claiborne and Steele and two dogs, Nanuk and Remi.

Marcia is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, where she serves on the executive board. She loves Next Top Chef and shopping but will also lace up her cleats and meet you on the pitch in a heartbeat.

Dr Doug Hankes is  the Executive Director of Auburn Athletics Counseling and Sport Psychology and Student Counseling & Psychological Services. Doug has graduate faculty status at Auburn University in the Department of Kinesiology, the Department of Psychological Sciences, and the Department of Special Education, Rehabilitation and Counseling and is licensed in Alabama and Tennessee. He has an awesome wife, and amazing son, Doug is a chicken rustler and Appalachian Trail hiker trash.

Dr. Erin Haugen (she/her) is the Director of Mental Health and Performance Psychology at the University of North Dakota Athletic and Sports Medicine Departments and also works at Assessment and Therapy Associates of Grand Forks. She is Founder & CEO of Haugen Performance Consulting and is a PsyPact registered provider.  Erin has an awesome husband who is also a psychologist and specializes in couples and relationship therapy She is a proud dog mom to 3 herding rescue dogs: Fromm, Eddie, and Bella.
